Nar-Phu Valley Trek

An exotic door to Nar-Phu,/Narphu valley Trekking, has been opened to visitors only since 2003. This is one of the best regions for viewing majestic mountains in the high land. The Phu is the most beautiful medieval village where you can learn the real life styles of Bhote communities enjoy and have a pleasure of the fabulous and typical landscape of the valley. Narphu valley Trekking begins from Koto via walking through a unique Marsyandi valley. It could cover Annapurna circuit in four weeks.

After such a wonderful trek, we will return to Humde Airport after having a day in Manang Valley. We fly out of Humde Airport to Pokhara, and then continue on to Kathmandu, truly an unforgettable journey through Nepal

Day to Day Itinerary:

Days 01: Arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), you will be met by our Airport Representative, and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel. B.B.

Days 02: Full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley (Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath, Swayambhu, and Kathmandu durbar square). Overnight at hotel. B.B.

Days 03: Today early in the morning, we will drive to Benshisahar 760m. and continue trek to Bhulbhule 840m. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 04: Trek to Shyange1100m. or Jagat 1310m. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 05: Trek to Tal 1430m. at this place we can see a very beautiful water fall. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 06: Trek to Danakyu 2300m. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 07: Danakyu trek to Cave2900m. first camping spot in the Nar Phu Valley. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 08: Trek to Dharamsala or Meta 3560m. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 09: Trek to Kayang 3820m. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 10: Trek to Phu gaon 4200m. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 11: Rest day at Phu Gaon with visiting the Tashicholing Monastery and exploring the Phu Village, Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 12: One more day in Phu Gaon with hiking around to visit the Caves, and way to Tibetain border. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 13: Trek down to Checko 3720m. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 14: Trek to Nar Gaon 4110m. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 15: Explore the Nar gaon with having side walk around the valley. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 16: Trek to Ngawal 3675m via crossing the Kangla Pass 5322m. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 17: Trek down to Braga 3360m, in this day we will have a side trek with visiting Ser Gompa and 500 years old Monastery of Braga. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 18: A short day trek to Manang 3540m. and rest day with having side walk to Gangapurna Lake. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 19: Full Day exploring the Manang Valley with visiting to monasteries and Gangapurna lake and other villages. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 20: Manang trek down to Humde Airport via visiting to Milarepa cave just above Humde. Overnight at Tented camp. B.L.D.

Days 21: Morning fly to Pokhara and sight seeing in Valley such as visiting to Davi's fall, Mahendra Cave, Tibetain Refugee Camp and if we got time we will visit to International Mountain Museum. Overnight at hotel. B.B.

Days 22: Drive or fly to Kathmandu by Tourist Bus and free time. Overnight at hotel. B.B.

Days 23: Leisure day in Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel. B.B.

Days 24: Transfer to Airport for your home departure. Farewell !!

- Nepal entry visa fee US$ 30 (duration 60 days from date of issue)- you may easily issue the visa upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport - Kathmandu.

We provide Latest Model North face Tent for your trek. Our Sleeping tent are two men tent with enough place to keep your personal valued things & rucksack

We will have Very good Kitchen & dinning tent. Toilet & shower tents are provided too.

We have hot shower every day & western toilet stand will be set up every day for comfort & hygiene. We provide water proof & comfortable mattress for sleeping.

Suggested Medical Kit list

• A simple but adequate medical kit can be most useful without taking much space in your baggage. The following is recommended as tried and true list of items.
• Aspirin or Panadol – for pain or fever.
• Antihistamine – useful as a decongestant for colds, allergies, to ease the itch from insect bites and stings or to help prevent motion sickness.
• Antibiotis – useful especially while trekking well off the beaten track but they must be prescribed.
• Kaolin preparation ( Pepto – Bismol), Imodium or Lomotil – for stomach upsets.
• Rehydration mixture – for treatment of servere diarrhoea.
• Antiseptic, mercurochrome and antibiotic powder or similar ”dry” spray – for cuts and grazes.
• Calamine lotion – to ease irritation from bites or stings.
• Bandages and band – Aids – for minor injuries.
• Scissors, tweezers and a thermometer
• Insect repellent, sun block, suntalotion, chapsticks and water – purification tablets.
• Throuat lozenges (Strepsils).
• Moleskin.
• Sulamyd 10% eye drops.
