Home stay is staying in local people house in the peaceful site of city where you traveling . Guests are invited in a private house to live with family members. Living with local people is the best way to learn about Nepali culture in an ethic and eco responsibility. If you are traveling alone home stay may be the best way to prevent you from loneliness & experience the family life, culture & tradition. Mira's Home Nepal:

Mira's Home is situated in Ichangunarayan VDC right on the lap of Shivapuri National park which is 3.8 km north-west of Thamel. Mira's home can be reached by 40 minutes walk or 10 minutes drive by car. It is also possible to use public transfer for more fun traveling wih locals. Being close to National park it offers great views of green forest, beautiful views of Nagarjuna hill , terrace farming & traditional village. Very famous Ichangunarayan Temple & Swayambhunath stupa can be visit every day in your morning walking. There are several artistic Buddhist Monasteries in the neighborhood of Mira's house.

Mira's home is small home of eight rooms in total. There is one common bath/toilet in each floor with 24 hrs running hot & cold shower & one rooms has attached bath offering you views of whole kathmandu valley from you room. Each room has private verandas & exclusive roof top terrace.

The compound has nice flower garden and kitchen garden. Therefore the fresh vegetable grown in our kitchen garden will be provided to our guest at the maximum for Nepali dinner. The houses are decorated with typical Nepali material. All guests are treated as family members, and are invited to live as family members, common guest room with TV can be shared with family members.

Day 01: Pick up & Transfer to Mira Home. Enjoy authentic Nepali Dinner with family. O/N Home

Day 02: After breakfast a day walking excursion to Ichangunarayan Temple, Swayambhunath Stupa & Rani ban Village. At evening learn to cook Nepal Meal" Dhal Bhat". Enjoy Dinner. O/N Home

Day 03: After breakfast leave Mira's home.
